What is MyJobsite and what is it used for?
MyJobsite is a solution for the deep foundation industry. It processes, stores and visualizes process data and machine data. In addition, the process data can be enriched with data from various sources, which creates considerable added value.
This enables efficient management, planning and overview of the construction site.
Do I need to install something to be able to use MyJobsite?
MyJobsite is a web application. There is nothing to install to use it. Customers can log in by browsing to kundenname.myjobsite.com in the browser (opens in new tab) and starting MyJobsite.
Liebherr customer service will provide customers with access data.
How do I use MyJobsite on my mobile device?
Add the MyJobsite website to your start screen like an app using the respective browser function. For step-by-step instructions check the official instructions of the respective operating systems (iOS and Android).
Can I also use MyJobsite without an Internet connection?
MyJobsite is a web application and exclusively available with an established Internet connection.

Why is my machine not listed in MyJobsite?
The following preconditions must be met for your machine to be listed in MyJobsite:
The machine has been registered in MyLiebherr and assigned to the customer
The machine has a valid MyJobsite license
How can I create additional users in MyJobsite?
Customers must add new users to MyJobsite by creating them in MyLiebherr as "New colleagues".
It is not necessary to assign additional permissions in MyLiebherr.
After registration, the new user will receive an email from MyLiebherr which they must confirm. Users can then log in at the following URL: kundenname.myjobsite.com

How do I open reports on an iPhone?
Deactivate the pop-up blocker in the Safari browser to be able to correctly open reports on an iPhone. For this purpose, proceed as follows:
Open Settings on your iPhone.
Select Safari.
Deactivate the option "Block pop-ups".
Then proceed as follows to open reports.
Can I download MyJobsite from the App-Store?
No, MyJobsite is not available from the App Store. However, you can use MyJobsite like an app if you create a link to the website on your devices home screen using the browser.
Can I download MyJobsite from the Play Store?
No, MyJobsite is not available from the Google Play Store. However, you can use the application similarly to an app by saving MyJobsite as a link on the home screen of your Android device using the browser.
How do I make sure MyJobsite displays correctly on my smartphone?
Save MyJobsite on the home screen to make sure it is ideally displayed. If you are unable to open reports or downloads on your iOS devices, deactivate the setting "Block pop-ups" in Safari.
Can I install MyJobsite on my desktop?
You can directly install MyJobsite as a desktop application on the browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Edge).
How do I prevent Excel from showing values as dates?
Set the cell formatting to "Text" to prevent Excel from showing values as dates.
Data protection
We is my data being stored?
All data processed in MyJobsite is exclusively saved in a computer center in Germany. This computer center is subject to stringent statutory and technical data safety specifications.
Development, operation and support processes of this web application form part of our valid information security management system (certified in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022).
Will my data be disclosed to anyone?
All data in MyJobsite are intended for use by the end customer. No data will be disclosed to third parties or other organizations.
How long is data stored in MyJobsite?
A valid license is required to save data in MyJobsite. We can then guarantee archiving of captured process and machine data for a maximum of three years.
